Recruiters – Hiring is going to come back sooner or later.  Meanwhile here is what you can do to be ahead of the game.
Clean your ATS, rediscover and engage with your silver medalists.
Connect and start building relationships with the candidates. You know the roles which are going to get opened when hiring resumes.
Build a pipeline for futuristic hiring. You don’t need active requisitions to build the talent pipeline.
Read the interview feedback of previously hired candidates and prep your potential hires.
Most importantly build business acumen. Research and understand more about your company and what individual teams/business units do.

It is the time to shift from reactive to proactive hiring.
